The brief

I’m a record producer and also run a recording studio based in London. I’d just had a new website built and was also having a complete re-design of my branding. I wanted to promote my record producing services, as well as the studio facilities.

It was suggested that a copywriter could help with all messaging requirements and provide ideas for further business development activity.

The action

To begin with, I expanded on the branding ideas by suggesting a simple icon denoting Andy’s industry.

I then moved on to write the entire site, all in the first voice, as if Andy was speaking himself. This was followed up with some basic SEO, and finally: sitting with Andy to teach him some sales techniques for responding to enquiries and emails.

The result

Jim’s input was unbelievable. He left no stone unturned, and his techniques paid off – big time! The best piece of advice I got, was to hire Jim in the first place. He’s my go-to person for anything sales and marketing.
